During an intake discussion, you’ll have the opportunity to go over what you are looking for and any questions you have. You can bounce ideas off our R&D team and give us a thorough understanding of the product you want on the market. Based on the product specifications, we decide on the pricing of product development. Whether you want an entirely new product or you just need a few tweaks to an existing formula, we keep our formulation pricing accessible. We’ll also guide you through our packaging commitments.

Our R&D team performs preliminary research based on the intake discussion and designs an initial formula. Sampling ensues. After each sampling round, you have an opportunity to test the product and give feedback on the various characteristics you are looking for.

All cosmetic products need to be registered and tested before being sold on the consumer market. Any claims that are being made (e.g. SPF30+, allergen-free) need to be verified, either through appropriate testing or through the certifying institution.

Once you are happy with the formula and the product adheres to all necessary regulation, we’ll make a final sample for both of us to have as a reference. Upon approval we’ll calculate pricing of the product.

From here you’ll be assigned an account manager, who will guide you along the next steps of your journey with Rebel-Nature. Once an order is placed, we plan it into our production calendar. Our operators make the bulk product and fill it into the designated final packaging. Batch codes are added, as well as labels (if needed).

During and after manufacturing, quality checks are in place to ensure every product meets your expectations. Be it through documentation, batch inspections or product sampling, our processes in place allow for safe and effective products.

The products are then packed into boxes, palletised and prepared for shipping.
